This page provides steps to help you with problems logging in to the Community web portal page.
We suggest that you print this page for reference. To do that, scroll to the bottom of this page and click on "Print Version" in the border along the bottom of the page. This page will open in a new window (your system must allow pop-ups for this site) and then a window for your printer will open. Click on "print" in that window.
This is your Sun City resident number that appears on your badge. It looks like 56039-000 or 4039-100. You must enter the entire number, including the "dash" and the last 3 digits, in the first box that is labeled Member-ID. A resident member and spouse will have different Member ID numbers and may have different assigned Passwords.
If you are experiencing difficulties logging in, but believe you have the correct password, be sure to delete any black dots that may appear in the password box before or as you begin to type in your password.
If you do not currently have a password, or need to have a new one assigned, click on this link to download the form requesting the password. Print it off and bring it, along with your badge, to the Office of Communications where you will be assigned a new password.
