Your Del Webb Customer Relations team would like to remind all
residents that as of Monday, November 19, 2007 the Del Webb Administrative Services and Customer
Relations phone numbers were shut off. In addition, the new office at 105 Coyote Trail is not
actively staffed by Customer Relations during the day as we are at work in the community addressing
warranty requests. If you are in need of warranty service please follow the instructions below to
attain the most efficient response from your Del Webb Customer Relations team. Visitors to the
Construction or Sales offices will be directed to follow the procedures below.
Failure to follow this protocol can prolong response to your need for
warranty service.
