FYI on New Community Banners

If you have driven out or in on Del Webb Blvd., you have probably noticed the new Banners touting 50 years!  I have had more than one question from residents asking "why 50 years - I thought Sun City Texas was just 15 years old."  Del Webb created the first Sun City 50 years ago (in 1960) in Surprise, AZ.  Del Webb is celebrating 50 years of communities! 

I agree, it is a bit confusing with the Sun City Texas name on the banners, but hopefully, this clarifies the situation. 

The other signs, along with the banners, create the Marketing Trail for Pulte, who is still the developer and who continues to sell homes in our community. 

Pulte is also developing a referral website where homeowners can input their friends and family online versus having to go into the sales office.  Once complete, you will be sent more information about the site and the $250 club donation that highlights this new, user-friendly method of providing that information.
