Solid Waste and Recycling Collection for 2012

here will be normal solid waste and recycling collection on holidays for Texas Disposal Systems customers in the City of Georgetown, with the exception of the following holidays. There will be no solid waste or recycling pickup on these days:

• November 22 (Thursday) Thanksgiving Day

• December 25 (Tuesday) Christmas Day

For customers with pickup days on or after these holidays, trash pickup will slide one day for the remainder of that week.

Trash collection carts and recycling bins should be placed at the curb by 7 a.m. on pickup day. For questions about trash or recycling collection, call Texas Disposal Systems at (512) 930-1715.

The Collection and Transfer Station at 250 W.L. Walden Drive will be closed on November 24 and December 24.
