 Our Event Services staff assists our customers with their event requirements...
from room reservations, set up, and audio/visual equipment  to
ensure that each and every function runs smoothly.   In addition, we work to ensure the
success of a catered event by acting as a liaison between the host of an event and the
approved caterer that has been chosen.   Please call Bennett Flanagan @ 948-7416 at least
72 hours in advance of your function for any specific set up instructions you may have.

Sheree joined the facilities team in March 2007 as the Set Up Coordinator.   After graduating from
Auburn University in 1980, she relocated to the San Francisco Bay Area and began a career in marketing.  
It wasn’t long before Sheree made the choice to become a full-time homemaker.  
While raising her 2 children, she enjoyed volunteering as a youth athletic coach and room mother.

Sheree moved to Georgetown in 2002 and began working in various positions within the local restaurant
community.  She and her team help all of the various SCTX clubs and organizations
to make the most of our facilities.
