Cancellation Policy

All customers are entitled to a full refund of rental charges, if cancellation is received in writing by Sun City Texas, 90 days prior to the event.    No rental fees will be refunded for events cancelled less than 90 days prior to the event. Only the damage deposit will be refunded for events cancelled prior to the event.
