Sun City Texas Facilities and Grounds

 

  





MISSION STATEMENT  

To provide a resident-driven, professionally managed and
fiscally responsible community association that provides
an active adult lifestyle for it's residents and their guests.

 

The Facilities and Grounds Department is composed of 4 Components -
Facilities Maintenance ,  Event Services, 
  Common Area Grounds
and Landscaped Maintained Homes

Janitorial services are done by Maintenance of Austin on a contract basis.

 

Facilities and Grounds Charter:  To provide a professionally managed and
fiscally responsible operation by practicing
pro-active maintenance,
supporting Community Association events and continuously improving
our proceses through education.
