The VAC General Meetings are on the FIRST WEDNESDAY of each month from 1:30 - 3:00pm in the Florence/Georgetown Rooms at Cowan Creek.

More and more, we artists are relying of our cameras to capture images and colors for later painting. It takes a computer and software to make this happen. Photoshop Elements is the dominant software in the world for this. If one understands some of the basics, it can become a powerful tool for the artist. He will give a demonstration showing a brief way to take your photographs from camera to print or digital display. Wes has taught
this method previously in the VAC, will do so again on the 6th, and will have a "hand-out" that covers what he refers to as a simple 10-step photo-editing approach using Photoshop Elements.
Wes will reserve time for questions on this approach, and will welcome a discussion on what we as artists would like in the way of classes in the VAC to make our cameras more productive.
