Class Interest Survey Form

Help us plan future class offerings.  Please let us know the classes that you would like to take during the next few months.

Please fill in your name and email address in the boxes, then check in the box by the name of each class you would attend.  Scroll down to see the entire list.  At the end just click on the Submit button.

This information will go to the Training Director by email and will be used to help determine which classes will be offered in future months.  NOTE:  Your name will not be placed on a waiting list nor will you be contacted when a course is offered.  You must still register for the class at the Computer Lab.
