Note: This course is not designed for the inexperienced computer user.
If you are a first-time computer owner, please enroll in the classes entitled Windows 7
Introduction and Windows 7 Files and Folders, which are scheduled for monthly offerings beginning
in April. This course is designed for the experienced computer user who has recently upgraded
to Windows 7 from Windows XP or Windows Vista or who has recently purchased a new computer with
Windows 7 already installed on the computer.
Prerequisites:

Computer Intro XP or Vista or Windows 7 or
equivalent experience,

Understanding Windows 7 course
Course Description:
This course is one of three devoted to understanding and navigating the Windows 7
operating system. The beginning computer user should enroll in this class only after
completing the Understanding Windows 7 course, which explains how to navigate the newest operating
system released by Microsoft. We recommend that the beginner computer user should complete
all three courses designed around Windows 7. Using the internet and a choice of many browsers
is one of many options which have been re-designed and simplified in this operating system.
