Description: This course shows you how to download a program, service, or application on your computer, save it as a file or run it as an function on your computer, and how to find it again once you have closed it.  You will learn the importance of the knowing the process of downloading, and when and why it is necessary to activate this very important function.

Objectives & Course Summary:  Upon completion of this course, you will be able to:

• Locate a program, service or application for download
• Activate and follow the download process,
• Identify the icon associated with the downloaded function or program,
• Save the download,
• Run the download,  
• Understand the dialog boxes associated with a download,
