The Digital Camera SIG provides a forum for the exchange of information and experience on digital cameras, associated equipment and software for persons at all experience levels. The goal of this SIG is to learn more about using digital cameras as a method to capture images, store and transfer image data, enhance images and place in various media formats for viewing.

     This SIG provides presentations and a discussion group for persons who use digital cameras, their accessories and associated equipment/software in the production of digitally produced photographic images.  

     Various speakers will give presentations and lead practical exercises on different aspects of digital cameras and associated digital imagery processing methods to contribute to the education of members of this SIG.   In turn, SIG members are encouraged to seek knowledge and skill in use of digital camera equipment through questions and interaction by sharing their unique experiences and knowledge of digital cameras and image processing to the group.
