Tips to using the Monitor Schedule:
A. Two monitors may sign up to monitor any lab session. A member’s name in italics indicates the member has signed up to monitor for that session the same day every month. (Example: The 1 st Wednesday or the 2 nd Saturday of every month.) Member’s names not italicized have signed up for that particular date only.
B. If a members name is on the 1 st line of a particular day, this indicates the member is an experienced monitor. If the name is on the 2 nd line the member could be an experienced or new monitor. A new monitor should sign up with somebody in the first line for the first 3 or 4 times monitoring.

LAB HOURS Mon, Fri, Sat 9am – Noon / Tue, Wed, Thru 9am – 3pm
To sign up for one or more of the monitor slots send an e-mail to monitors3@sctxcompclub.org indicating the date and time requested. Please try to pick and empty day if you can, it is nice to have two monitors but it is necessary to have at least one. Everyone needs help; do not hesitate to sign up where there is already a monitor. When signing up, include monitor in the subject line and include your name in the e-mail.
