DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists the President in the management and direction of the Club by providing advice and counsel,
participating in policy and procedural decisions, and serving as Vice President. Conducts, or
oversees, special studies, projects, or assignments assigned by the President. Performs all
of the duties of the President in his or her absence.
REPORTS TO:
The President, who provides specific assignments and overall guidance. Within this
framework, the Vice-President accomplishes duties on own initiative.
QUALIFICATIONS:
: Overall knowledge of the Computer Club organization and functions; managerial,
organizational, and leadership skills; ability to plan, delegate, and oversee the functions of the
Club; skill in communication and establishing interpersonal relationships.
