DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
As an active and voting member of the Executive Board, also serves as senior advisor to the
President. Based on experiential judgment, provides advice, assistance and counsel to the
Executive Board on all matters pertaining to the operation of the Club.
Directs, or personally conducts special projects and studies.
REPORTS TO:
The President, who provides guidance only in terms of broad policy and objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
This is a one-of-a-kind position and is to be filled only by a person who has demonstrated the
outstanding desire, drive, and devotion required to successfully organize a computer/internet type
club. Said person being Dr. Peter Roll.
