A VERY social club, whose members enjoy a wide variety of exciting and fun activities.

Our newsletter is available via email only.   Zoomers help other members by printing a copy of the newsletter for friends who do not have email.

Our first movie buffs group that meets on the second Friday of the month currently has no more openings.   Corinne LaLiberte is the chairperson at 863-4554. A moviegoers group is open on a first come, first served basis.   Contact Judy Ball for information at 868-8250.

TGIF (Thank Goodness It’s Friday, or Thank Goodness It’s FUN) is normally the third Friday of the month and always includes food and often some form of entertainment.   Dorothy Jones can answer questions at 864-7747.

Women’s Book Clubs

Our Monthly Dineout is the last Monday of the month.   We go to many of the area restaurants to enjoy the food and the comaraderie.   Contact Dan or Nancy Strayer at 864-0942.

Our Restaurant Explorers group experiences the fine restaurants in Austin.   Dick Puig can give you information about this at 512-635-2815 or 512-635-3457.   

Anyone interested in being part of an Antique Collectors group, please contact Hugh and Pat Bolan at 863-0589 or Jeanene Mantz at 869-0334 to be on a waiting list.   The group is currently filled.   Nancy Hampton can answer questions at 763-1334 about starting a new group.  

We have four social wine tasting groups and one wine enthusiasts group.   Contact Nancy Hampton at 763-1334 for information. Two beer tasting groups are active and meet about four or five times a year to learn about beers of the world.   Nancy Hampton will answer any questions about these activities at 763-1334.

We also have canasta and bridge groups!   If you are interested in Mah Jongg, Nancy Hampton can assist you in getting a group started.  

We gather periodically for Social Bocce, Horseshoes & Washers, and Tennis.    If you would like to participate in any of these activities, contact Bob Frost at 864-1531.

There are special events such as: attending plays, movies, musicals, comedy clubs, casino trips, sporting events and dances.   Contact Jay for information on special events at 868-0301.

The dues are $12 per person annually.   For new members, dues are $6.00 if joining after June 30.
