The purpose of the Sun City Ballroom Dance Club is to:

1.  Sponsor ballroom dances with the primary emphasis on recorded music, with occasional orchestras or DJ's.

2.  Provide dance rhythms to include, but not be limited to: fox trot, waltz, swing, 2-step, and all the popular Latin dances.

3.  Encourage members to enhance their dance skill through continued instruction and proper dance etiquette.

4.  Encourage fellowship among the club members, and

5.  Promote ballroom dancing for all interested residents of Sun City Texas.

Dances are held monthly in the Sun City Ballroom, usually on a mid-week night from 7 to 10 PM. Occasionally a Sunday afternoon Tea Dance is from 2 to 5 PM.
