SUN CITY AVIATION CLUB
The Sun City Aviation Club was founded by a few residents who wanted a venue for all
pilots, retired or active, to come together and discuss their mutual interests in aviation.
However, membership is not limited to pilots, anyone with an interest in aviation may join.
Membership is $24.00 annually.
Meetings are held on the second Saturday of each month at the Atrium. Coffee and
doughnuts are served at 8:30 a.m.; the official meeting is from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. A speaker
or an interesting video is presented at each meeting.
On December 17th each year (the anniversary of the Wright Bros. first flight),
members attend an elegant dinner/dance in the Sun City ballroom to commemorate the event.
