Resident Business Comments Guidelines

Following these rules and guidelines will help us keep our Resident Comments a valuable resource, usable by all residents here at Sun City.

  1. General conduct on the Resident Comments must conform to the Portal User Agreement.
  2. Learn and use proper internet netiquette:
    1. Adhere to the same standards of behavior online that you follow in real life.
    2. Observe what works for others and do likewise. (Look before you leap.)
    3. Do not flame (avoid ranting and raving). 
    4. Know what you're talking about and make sense.
    5. Avoid one word and one-line comments/responses.
    6. Keep your content relevant to the situation.

Comments will be monitored for compliance with the Web Portal Policy. The web administrator, in his/her sole discretion, will remove comments or replies that are not in compliance. The web administrator will notify the author of the violation and copy the Web Portal Support Group.
