Tuesday 2 p.m. Cowan Creek Fitness, Thursdays 6:45 p.m. at Texas Drive Fitness. No reservations needed. New members are required to attend orientation before using equipment. |

Individual Garage Sales are not allowed. Twice a year, in October (2010 Garage Sale is October 1) and April (2011 Garage Sale is April 7) a community sale is held in the SC parking lot at 2 Texas Drive. Watch for details in the Sun Rays or on the web. |

Parking..................................... |
|
1. Please park only in marked, dedicated parking spaces. Parking parallel against curbs is not permissible.
2. Please only park in Handicapped designated spaces if you have the proper permits in your vehicle and or license plate
3. If you park your vehicle overnight in a Community Association parking lot, you must have a parking permit which can be obtained at the Monitor Station in the Social Center Lobby.
4. Please park two golf carts per each parking space. Stagger the carts in each space by allowing the cart on the left-hand side to be parked up against the concrete wheel stop. For instance, if a vehicle is parked in a space with two golf carts to the left of a vehicle, and the golf carts are staggered as described, driver side access is then granted to the driver of the vehicle on the right.
